9. When you are feeling energised, excited and confident in your abilities, allow your eyes to slowly open. Embrace the feelings that you have and decide on a suitable action to take next.

10. Repeat the process. The more that you practice, the easier and quicker you will relax, and the more profound the impact on your self-belief.
